The 2024 Annual Report of the Joint Programme showcases the work of the cadre of 119 Peace and Development Advisors (PDAs) delivering tailored support for nationally led efforts to address drivers of violence, anticipate and mitigate risks, and strengthen infrastructures for peace. As bridge builders within the UN system, PDAs continue to foster strategic, system-wide approaches that link peacebuilding with development, humanitarian, and diplomatic efforts.
