This project document outlines the framework of a small UNDP initiative to respond to the situation in Thailand following the protests in the country in January 2014. The areas of engagements are defined as follow: 1) help assess and monitor the situation to inform UN/UNDP programming and to prevent further deterioration, 2) engage key stakeholders across partisan lines in a constructive dialogue around key governance reforms as a means of conflict transformation; and, 3) provide a better UN coordination of information and responses to the conflict.
