The psychosocial conflict analysis is a tool for evaluation that integrates the Do No Harm approach with the psychosocial approach. The analysis aims at improving the understanding and handling of conflicts in the context of projects in order to increase the conflicts transformative effect of the work. The Guide provides practical recommendations regarding the conduct of the analysis and gives detailed tips for each step, explanations regarding the specific objectives of the different exercises and recommendations on handling difficulties. It is intended for facilitators that will lead through the process, and supplements the Tool for the Psychosocial Conflict Analysis.
