Psychosocial Conflict Analysis – Tool

The psychosocial conflict analysis is a tool for evaluation that integrates the Do No Harm approach with the psychosocial approach. The analysis aims at improving the understanding and handling of conflicts in the context of projects in order to increase the conflicts transformative effect of the work. The Tool guides the reader step-by-step through the analysis. Each task and procedure is described and, where necessary, the underlying conceptual basis is explained.
