This toolkit was primarily developed for Trócaire staff to have tools that facilitate their work in conflict scenarios. It seeks to ensure that conflict analysis is systematized, and programme, projects and monitoring and evaluation are conflict sensitive. The toolkit comprises of three parts which include lessons learned and case studies. Part one presents key conflict concepts and issues, part two conflict-sensitive approaches to development, and part three focuses on integrating conflict sensitivity in Torcaire’s programme.
